Came to Cayman from the US. Forgot to pick up extra contacts I use for snorkeling (wear glasses otherwise) before leaving home. Took the case from sole pair I had. Optical Outlook gave me a sample pack (5 pairs) for free. Very friendly staff! Highly appreciate their generosity!! Thank you!!!
During our recent cruise stop in the Cayman Islands, my son unfortunately lost his prescription glasses while snorkeling. With just 45 minutes before our departure, we were in a bind. However, the staff and doctor at the stop were incredibly accommodating and efficient. Despite the tight timeframe, they conducted an eye check and swiftly prepared new glasses for my son. Thanks to their assistance, my son was able to fully enjoy the remainder of our trip. We are immensely grateful for their help!
Wonderful place. Everyone is so kind and so professional. They make sure all your concerns are addressed and all questions answered. I had an exam with Louise Cagney, who was beyond sweet and professional and helped me get contact lenses after I’d lost my last pair. Thank you!
Optical Outlook's team was fantastic and professional, especially their optometrist, Tony Martin. His thorough examination and informative explanations impressed me. Under Mr. Martin's guidance, I decided to try multifocal contact lenses, which have been a game-changer. Before, I thought laser surgery or continued use of reading glasses with contact lenses was my only option. Thank you, Optical Outlook!
Dr. Louise has been fantastic - came out of her lunchbreak to see my son on an emergency and was caring, professional and perfect with my son. I have only words of praise for the team but especially for Dr. Louise 🙏 thank you!
